From Tel Aviv to Jerusalem

How to get from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem?

Jerusalem, the capital of Israel, and Tel Aviv, the country’s business hub, are two of the most important cities that tourists обязательно visit. Therefore, travelers often ask: “How do I get there?”

You can take a taxi, but there are also more budget-friendly options using public transportation.

Intercity transportation between Jerusalem and Tel Aviv is operated by the Egged bus company via two main routes: No. 405 and No. 480.

  • Bus No. 405 arrives in southern Tel Aviv, at the Central Bus Station (Levinsky Street).
  • Bus No. 480 arrives in northern Tel Aviv, at the open-air terminal Tel Aviv Savidor–Arlozorov, next to the railway station (“Tahana Rakevet”) Tel Aviv Center.
