Today we travel through the sacred landscapes of Galilee.
We begin in Nazareth, the city closely connected with the earthly life of Jesus Christ and revered by Christians as the City of the Annunciation. Highlights include the Basilica of the Annunciation, built above the site believed to be the home of the Holy Family, and the Greek Orthodox Church of the Annunciation near Mary’s Spring.
Passing through Kafr Kanna, traditionally identified with biblical Cana of Galilee, we recall the first miracle of Jesus — the turning of water into wine at the wedding feast.
Continuation to the Sea of Galilee, where Jesus preached, performed many miracles, and appeared to the apostles after His Resurrection.
Visit to Capernaum and the Monastery of the Twelve Apostles.
Panoramic stop at the Mount of Beatitudes — traditionally regarded as the site of the Sermon on the Mount.
Continuation to Tabgha, associated with the miracle of the multiplication of the loaves and fishes.
Visit to Yardenit, the traditional baptismal site on the sacred waters of the Jordan River.
Passing through Tiberias, one of Judaism’s four holy cities.
Overnight in Netanya.
Today we visit the sacred cities of Bethlehem and Jerusalem.
In Bethlehem, we explore one of the oldest churches in the Holy Land — the Church of the Nativity, built above the traditional birthplace of Jesus Christ. Highlights include the Grotto of the Nativity, the cave of Saint Jerome, and the miraculous icon of Our Lady of Bethlehem.
We then continue to the summit of the Mount of Olives, the site traditionally associated with the Ascension of Jesus Christ, offering breathtaking panoramic views over Jerusalem.
During the panoramic tour, we will see several important monasteries and churches, including the Ascension Convent, the Church of Mary Magdalene, the Franciscan church Dominus Flevit Church, built on the site where Christ wept over the future fate of Jerusalem, and the Carmelite monastery Pater Noster Church, traditionally associated with the teaching of the Lord’s Prayer.
We also visit the Garden of Gethsemane and the Tomb of the Virgin Mary.
Inside Jerusalem’s Old City, we walk through the Christian Quarter along the final stations of the Via Dolorosa to the Church of the Holy Sepulchre.
In the Jewish Quarter, we explore the ancient Cardo, once the central street of Roman Jerusalem, and visit the Western Wall, Judaism’s holiest prayer site.
From the Muslim Quarter, we enjoy panoramic views of the Temple Mount, including the iconic Dome of the Rock and the Al-Aqsa Mosque, followed by a walk through the lively Arab market.
Overnight in Netanya.
Transfer to the Jordanian border and crossing via the Sheikh Hussein Border Crossing.
Arrival in Jerash (ancient Gerasa), one of the best-preserved Greco-Roman cities in the Middle East, renowned for its magnificent architectural remains.
The tour includes the impressive temple complex and the remains of fifteen Byzantine churches decorated with beautiful mosaics.
We will also visit the “Fountain Court”, where, according to local tradition, Byzantine Christians annually commemorated the miracle of Jesus turning water into wine.
Dinner and overnight in Amman.
Today we enjoy a panoramic tour of Amman, often referred to as the “White City” and the capital of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
The excursion includes a visit to the Jordan Archaeological Museum, home to remarkable artifacts representing the ancient civilizations of the region.
We then continue to Madaba, famously known as the “City of Mosaics.” In the Greek Orthodox Saint George Church, we will see the original mosaic map of the Holy Land and the Middle East.
Next, we ascend Mount Nebo, traditionally believed to be the burial place of the prophet Moses. From the summit, breathtaking views open over Jerusalem, the Jordan Valley, and the Dead Sea.
Dinner and overnight in Amman.
Today we travel to the legendary Petra, the ancient capital of the Nabataean Kingdom, magnificently carved into rose-red cliffs.
Petra is world-renowned for its monumental temples, majestic royal tombs, and remarkable engineering achievements. According to tradition, Petra was the final resting stop of the Three Wise Men on their journey to bring gold, frankincense, and myrrh to the infant Jesus in Bethlehem.
In the afternoon, return to Israel.
Transfer to Tel Aviv.
Overnight in Tel Aviv.
Visit to ancient Jaffa, where, according to tradition, Noah built his Ark and Perseus rescued Andromeda. We will stroll through historic alleyways that remember the times of Alexander the Great, Richard the Lionheart, and Napoleon Bonaparte.
Continuation to Tel Aviv, Israel’s vibrant cultural and tourism capital.
Visit to the famous Israel Diamond Exchange, one of the world’s largest diamond trading centers. At the exhibition showroom, professional consultants will assist guests in selecting jewelry created by internationally renowned Israeli designers.
The second half of the day is free for leisure.
Journey through the dramatic landscapes of the Judean Desert, a region deeply connected with the origins of Christianity, where ancient monasteries stand alongside modern desert communities.
Arrival at the legendary Dead Sea, the unique natural health resort located approximately 420 meters below sea level — the lowest point on Earth.
Guests will learn about the famous therapeutic properties of Dead Sea cosmetics, with opportunities to purchase local skincare products.
Time to relax and float in the mineral-rich waters of the Dead Sea, renowned for their healing qualities for both body and soul.
