Israel is one of the world’s most exciting gastronomic destinations. According to the American magazine Forbes, modern Israeli cuisine ranks among the ten most influential culinary trends in the world.
Food in Israel is no longer limited to hummus, falafel, or shakshuka. The country produces exceptional cheeses that have earned international recognition, while Israeli wines are consistently ranked among the world’s finest. Israel is also a global leader in agricultural innovation, exporting high-quality fruits and vegetables to countries around the world. Israeli olives and olive oil are renowned for their outstanding flavor and quality, alongside local dates, tahini, fresh fish, and seafood.
Tel Aviv, Israel’s largest metropolitan city, has become a true culinary powerhouse, attracting gourmets from around the globe alongside such renowned gastronomic capitals as New York City, Paris, and Rome.
New restaurants open in Tel Aviv almost every day, while local chefs draw inspiration from the rich culinary traditions of their communities, skillfully combining them with modern fine-dining techniques and the highest-quality ingredients.
The goal of our tours and culinary masterclasses is to introduce travelers to authentic Israeli cuisine, reveal the secrets behind its unique dishes, and, of course, allow guests to experience their unforgettable flavors firsthand.
The order and scheduling of the tours may vary depending on the arrival date.
Changes to the excursion schedule and itineraries may occur during national holidays, Jewish and Christian religious holidays, as well as due to circumstances beyond the company’s control, including weather conditions and other unforeseen factors.
