Moses Road

The Exodus of the tribes of Israel from Egypt to the Promised Land—from slavery to freedom—is the central event in the history of Jewish civilization and one that profoundly influenced the course of world history. Moses led the people of Israel through the desert for forty years before bringing them to the Promised Land.

We will retrace this journey: from the giving of the Torah on Mount Sinai, through deserts and canyons, across the kingdoms of Moab and Ammon, through battles with the Canaanites, and finally to the ultimate destination of the Exodus—the Holy City of Jerusalem.

Along the way, we will encounter the heroes of ancient history, and the pages of the Book of Books will come alive before our eyes.
