Interest in culinary travel continues to grow every year. After all, one of the best ways to truly discover a country is through its cuisine. Israeli food is a unique fusion of culinary traditions brought here by Jewish communities from more than 100 countries around the world — traditions that complement and enrich one another to create an extraordinary gastronomic culture.
Our company offers a wide variety of culinary tours and masterclasses, including visits to Israel’s finest restaurants, vibrant markets and bazaars, agricultural farms and artisanal dairies, vineyards, and wineries. Guests will also have the opportunity to meet colorful local Jewish hostesses whose families arrived from different parts of the world generations ago, preserving the authentic flavors, recipes, and secrets of their traditional kitchens.
The goal of our tours and culinary workshops is to introduce travelers to authentic Israeli cuisine, reveal the stories and secrets behind its dishes, and, of course, allow guests to experience these unforgettable flavors firsthand.
The order and scheduling of the tours may vary depending on the arrival date.
Changes to the excursion schedule and itineraries may occur during national holidays, Jewish and Christian religious holidays, as well as due to circumstances beyond the company’s control, including weather conditions and other unforeseen circumstances.

We then continue to Carmel Market, the city’s largest and most famous marketplace, originally established more than a century ago to provide employment for Jewish immigrants from Russia. Here we will enjoy tastings throughout the market, including a visit to a traditional family-run hummus eatery, where a Yemeni grandmother will share stories and demonstrations of authentic local cooking traditions.

We will also visit the Stella Maris Monastery, the principal Carmelite monastery, as well as the Cave of Elijah on Mount Carmel.
Continuing to the historic German Colony, we discover one of Haifa’s most charming districts, founded in the 19th century by German Templers and known for its distinctive European-style architecture and unique history.

We will visit a historic local dairy and enjoy a cheese tasting featuring traditional Galilean specialties.
We then continue to Adir Winery for a wine tasting experience.
The regions of Upper Galilee and the Golan Heights are considered among Israel’s premier wine-producing areas thanks to their unique climate — long hot summers, short cool winters, high elevations, and rich volcanic soil.
In Katzrin, often referred to as the capital of the Golan Heights, we will visit a traditional olive oil press and enjoy olive oil tastings.
Later, we relax at the famous Hamat Gader hot mineral springs. This renowned spa complex was built around natural thermal springs that were already chosen by the Romans as the site for one of the largest bathhouses in the Roman Empire.

We will also stroll through the colorful markets of the Old City, sampling traditional Levantine street food such as hummus, falafel, Jerusalem bagels, sahlab, and other local specialties.
